Derek McKenzie Outdoors will stand behind every fly rod and fly reel that we sell and, working
with both Great Bay Rods and Elkhorn Fly Rods and Reels directly, will assure that our promises
and guarantees are honoured without question.

We will also extend our guarantee of satisfaction to you in another way, too.
If you purchase a fly rod or fly reel from us and wish to return it for any reason,
we will refund your purchase price if returned within 7 days and in new condition.
No questions asked and no nonsense.

All rods and reels that we offer under our own label have a 5 year warranty against defects in materials, workmanship and even accidental damage. The "Full Stop Gurantee" is simple:

If a fly rod gets broken, even accidentally and even if in service with guides or outfitters,
the broken section(s) will be replaced for no more than $30 each plus shipping. Full stop!
If there is a problem with a reel, each will be handled on a case by case basis
and repairs will not exceed $50 plus postage. Full stop!

And it that particular model or series is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with
a similar model of equal or greater value. Other products may carry similar guarantees and will
be noted as you go through our site. No nonsense, just simple guarantees!

Great Bay Rod Company warrants the fly rod for the lifetime of the original owner.
Each rod is individually numbered and we ask that you return a this number along with proof of original ownership and Great Bay Rod Company will repari or replace the rod for a fee or $50US.
We have also made arrangements for repair/and or replacement work to be completed here
in Australia for your convenience and support to you, our friends and customers.
