Great Bay SFT Brumby Creek Fly Rod
This fly rod is a 5 ft. 2 pc. with a remarkably smooth action and unsurpassed delicacy of presentation. This rod provides both accuracy and remarkable casting range for a rod of this size with plenty of power to take on our native trout with style.
Great Bay fibreglass fly rods feature the new s-glass blanks made in the USA. The titanium ceramic striper and single foot running guide are made by REC. An internal spigot ferrule construction ensures smooth casting with no flat spots through the curve of the rod flex. All rods in this series are a deep forest green with ruby wraps and gold trim.
The 2wt. model can only be described as very crisp and quick. Those used to a short fast action graphite will love the feel of this rod. The 3wt. model, whilst still crisp and accurate, is preferred by those seeking a more traditional feel in a fibreglass fly rod. In either model, this is a perfect choice for very tight water and small creeks or streams.
The standard model offers a traditional cork and rings reel seat. Other options available upon request and may include the tulip wood and ring reel seat or custom rod wrapping. Premium aluminium rod tube and rod sock included.
