Monic Freshwater Fly Lines

Monic SkyLine Weight Forward Floating Fly Line

The SkyLine WFF GSP core is a sky blue colour with a PE clear coating and small diameter running line that works to deliver both smooth and precise casting .  The colour allows you to track the line on the water without spooking wary fish.  The no stretch core ensures a better hook up rate and will reduce line memory.  This line is ideal for polaroiding due to the colour and ambient light characteristics of this line.  Complete with factory loops and a one year limited warranty from Monic Fly Lines.  Line length 90 ft. Weights 3 through 7.

Monic MicroTaper Double Taper Fly Line

The MicroTaper DT GSP is a light peach colour with a PE opaque coating to deliver both smooth and precise casts.  Colour will allow you to track the line on the water without spooking wary fish.  The no stretch core ensures a better hook up rate and will reduce line memory.  This line is ideal is ideal for polaroiding due to the colour and light absorbing characteristics of this line.  Complete with factory loops and a one year limited warranty from Monic Fly Lines.  Line length 80 ft. Monic All Weather Clear Weight Forward Floating Fly Line

Monic offers the  All Weather Clear GSP core and PE coating floating line that allows anglers complete stealth while pursuing those elusive trophies.   The slick clear coating remains supple eve at low temperatures and has an aggressive taper.  Ideal line for wary freshwater fish in clear waters.  Complete with factory loops and a one year limited warranty from Monic Fly Lines.  Line length 90 ft.  Weights 3 through 6.

Monic All Weather Intermediate Sink Weight Forward Fly Line

The Intermediate Sink is a light green colour with a PE clear coating and small diameter running line.  The tough finish elevates line endurance to a new level. This line features very little stretch for increased sensitivity. An ideal line for subsurface presentation to most Australian species and is suited best to cool or mild temperature waters.  This is an all weather intermediate sink rate line suited to fresh or salt water.  Standard one year limited warranty from Monic Fly Lines.   Line length 100 ft.  Weights 6 through 10.

Monic Fly Line Care and Maintenance

Monic Fly Lines are highly durable however care for your fly lines is important for peak performance. Clean lines with a mild detergent and redress with your favorite dressing. Line dressing and cleaners do not affect our polymer coatings. It is to your advantage to consistently clean your fly lines however frequency will depend upon how and where you use your line.

Monic Fly Lines are well suited to our climates and water temperatures here in Australia and in particular, for use in the tropics.  However please note that Monic Fly Lines should never be stored even short term at temperatures that will exceed 55c (approximately 135f) for any period of time.  Please remember that temperatures may rise to these extremes in transport and/or storage.  This will damage you Monic Fly Line and is not covered by the warranty.
