Great Bay MSR Fly Rod
This series of rods is available in lengths 8' to 9' and 2 to 8 weights offering true versatility as the flagship of the Great Bay freshwater fly rods. These rods feature REC titanium ceramic stripper guides and REC Recoil running guides.
All rods in this series are a deep mahogany with deep ruby wraps and gold trim. The standard model offers an uplocking nickel silver reel seat with highly figured amboyna wood inserts. Premium aluminium rod tube and rod sock included. Other options available upon request. The heavier weight rods in this series are well suited to both estuary and light salt use. We are happy to discuss building your rod for you to suit either or both fishing environments.

Great Bay Rod Company hand crafts each fly rod and delivery times are generally up to two weeks. We do stock many of these rods however as a custom fly rod builder, Great Bay is happy to help with special rod wraps, inscriptions or a choice of reel seat on any of these rods.
